The Fellowship Program is the pathway for general HPA members to become board members. This excellent leadership opportunity will allow you to understand the behind-the-scenes of our organization and contribute your own ideas. As a competitive pre-health leadership opportunity, we seek to train the future leaders of UCSB HPA to help prepare them for future leadership positions in the healthcare industry.
Fellows can choose to apply to a maximum of three committees. See Our Board to meet your potential committee directors. If accepted by a committee, you will be assigned a quarter-long project that will challenge your creativity and efficiency. This is your opportunity to demonstrate that you will be an engaged and enthusiastic board member.
